The MISSION of Songhay Studios Group is to provide distinctive, engaging and high-quality creative services and products through arts and culture. SSG fulfills its mission by producing mosaic mural works; facilitating successful completion of mosaic murals by others; providing seminars, professional development, and keynote speaker services; as well as designing inspiring art products.

Who We Are
Songhay Studios Group is a visual arts based company founded by its Creative Director, Kiela Smith-Upton. Songhay Studios Group works individually and in collaboration with artists and non-artists. We also consult with complementary industry professionals to provide a complete experience.
Kiela Smith-Upton is a graduate of the SCHOOL OF THE ART INSTITUTE OF CHICAGO (SAIC), a Core Artist member of Chicago Public Art Group (CPAG), a member of the Chicago Artists Coalition (CAC) and officer of the Bold Literary Talkers (BLT) Toastmaster's Club.
